Programmes were conceptualized and delivered as an OD intervention. Participants were functional heads and their direct reportees. Objective was to give key insights into the elaborate coaching process and equipped participants with tools and methodologies to act as a coach to their subordinates. Manager as a Coach was the first programme to be facilitated at Airtel Bangladesh. HSPP has been providing the services for Airtel’s Young Leader Development programme and the Executive Coaching Programme. 500 + Airtel executives were trained under the Team Development programme as part of the Employee Engagement project.

It is an eleven-storied building built on four acres of land with 435,000 square feet floor space, which was constructed with assistance of renowned architecture company Smith Group, USA. The hospital is a joint project of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited and STS Holdings Limited (STS Group).

Customized workshop “Care & Cure” on customer service orientation, grooming & etiquette, value behaviours and resolving conflicts was designed and this intervention is now being implemented for about 300 Apollo staff.
Banglalink digital communications limited (previously orascom telecom bangladesh limited) is a fully owned venture by telecom ventures ltd. since the launch of banglalink in february 2005, its impact was felt immediately. Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Beximco Pharma) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of medicines in Bangladesh. Incorporated in the late 70s, Beximco Pharma began as a distributor, importing products from global MNCs like Bayer, Germany and Upjohn, USA and selling them in the local market, which were later manufactured and distributed under licensing arrangement. Since then, the journey continued, and today, Beximco Pharma is one of the largest exporters of medicines in Bangladesh, winning National Export (Gold) Trophy a record four times.

First Time Managers were equipped with tools and methodologies to act as a coach to their subordinates and deliver high performance. These interventions helped the participants begin to communicate effectively not only amongst themselves but also with colleagues and customers.

Kazi Farms Group was established in 1996 as a hatchery for imported eggs; the following year it started its own parent farms. In 2004 production started in our grand-parent (GP) farms. which was responsible for Bangladesh’s first exports of hatching eggs and day-old chicks in 2004. Kazi Farms Group is the Bangladesh franchisee of Cobb-Vantress USA for the Cobb 500 broiler, acknowledged to be the best broiler in the world. Oxfam In Bangladesh: Oxfam’s involvement in Bangladesh began in 1970 assisting the then cyclone victims and supporting the people of Bangladesh during the Liberation War in 1971.
